Update Prompt

/v1/prompts/:prompt_id

Partially updates a prompt. Editing the text creates a new version; the enabled_version_id field switches the active version. description and config are metadata edits (no new version; config: null resets to the empty config). Returns the full prompt. New text is validated the same way as on create: violations return HTTP 412 with detail.code prompt_checks_failed and a findings list; resubmit with acknowledged_checks to override non-critical findings.
