Delete Wappi provider profile

DELETE 
/v1/channels/:channel_id/provider-profile

Permanently deletes a Wappi provider profile and then its local channel record. This administrator-only operation leaves the local channel unchanged if Wappi does not confirm deletion. The ordinary channel delete endpoint remains local-only.
