Cancel Manual Sending Campaign Endpoint

/v1/manual-sending-campaigns/:campaign_id/cancel

Cancels a queued or running campaign so the worker stops scheduling new messages. Returns 409 if the campaign is already in a terminal state. Already-scheduled, not-yet-sent messages are left to the sender.
