Cancel Lead Meeting

/v1/lead-meetings/:meeting_id/cancel

Cancel a meeting: mark it cancelled and remove the calendar event where possible.

Unlike DELETE, the record is kept, so the meeting stays visible as cancelled and stops driving reminders, agent context and dialogue parking.
